Anti-Trafficking and Exploitation Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Cheating Fucks operates Cheating Fucks (cheatingfucks.com) with zero tolerance for human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, and the appearance of minors, and we design our production and publication processes to prevent all of them.
1. Our commitments
- Age: every person appearing in content on this Website was at least 18 years of age at the time of production, verified against government-issued identification and documented under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
- Consent: every person appearing in content signed a written agreement consenting to the acts depicted and to the distribution of the content. Consent can be withdrawn: a depicted person may request review and removal of content at any time (see our DMCA / Content Removal page).
- No coercion: we do not tolerate coercion, force, fraud, or intimidation in any part of production. Reports of coercion result in immediate takedown while investigated.
- No trafficking: we support the goals of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act and cooperate with law enforcement investigating trafficking or exploitation.
2. Reporting
If you have any reason to believe that a person appearing on this Website is a victim of trafficking or coercion, was underage at the time of production, or has not consented to the publication of the content, report it immediately to [email protected] with the subject line "Urgent: Content Concern" and the URL of the content. Reports are reviewed by a human, prioritised over all other support traffic, and the content is disabled while a well-founded report is investigated.
If you or someone you know is a victim of trafficking, contact your local emergency services. In the United States, the National Human Trafficking Hotline is available 24/7 at 1-888-373-7888.
3. Cooperation with authorities
We preserve records and cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests relating to trafficking, exploitation, or child sexual abuse material, and we report apparent violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required.
